story
We love everything about sauna: the ancient tradition, the healing benefits, the modern ritual. It all started with our own sauna practice: we went deep, studying everything—from the inside out. We got into the craft of design and building, from concept to completion. Soon, people started asking about our practice and our saunas. So we shared what we know about what makes a sauna practice great, and what makes a great sauna. It turns out, we love helping people as much as we love saunas. So we decided to offer our modern sauna designs to the growing community. Today, we pair form and function, perfectly. We're Symmetry. Built for balance.
FAQ
No it does not. Your sauna will arrive broken down and carefully packed in a large crate. Roughly 4' wide x 8' long x 4' tall.
An outdoor Pre-Built sauna arrives in two large crates!
Your heater, rocks and other sauna accessories will arrive separately on a 4'x4' pallet.
Your sauna is made to order. Please allow 6-8 weeks for indoor Pre-Built saunas, 8-12 weeks for outdoor Pre-Built saunas.
That depends. How handy are you??
It is much less involved than building a custom sauna, but it is still a construction project! The walls come in panels that must be assembled and attached correctly. The benches are heavy and must be installed in the correct position using the hardware provided. The glass pieces must be carefully handled and installed correctly.
Since our pre-built saunas are made-to-order, the instructions provided are for general guidance, and not intended to be a perfect step-by-step for your exact model.
There are quite a few wires to run, even in a traditional sauna. Our panels ship with conduit pre-installed for all of your wires. After the structure is built those wires need to pulled through the conduit for: LED lights, temperature sensor, wall control, and heater.
A traditional sauna is a high-voltage appliance, final wiring of the electrical components and connection to your dedicated sauna circuit must be performed by a licensed electrician.
All of our Pre-Built saunas require at least 2 people to assemble. 3 people are recommended to install our outdoor models. The Axis model is the easiest to install, but still requires 2 people.

Your Pre-Built sauna will be delivered on a large truck, usually 40' or longer. If your location is inaccessible to a normal delivery truck you will need to make separate arrangements to pick your crate up at the shipping hub.
Our saunas are transported by freight companies to all parts of the lower 48. Shipping is always included in your sauna quote.
